Exercising 3 times a week

I have finally come up with a proper system of exercising weekly.

For the past few weeks, I have been going to gym on Monday and Wednesday afternoon, and playing badminton on Sat evening. It has been a meaningful experience because on Mons and Weds, I train with my mentees who are injured. While doing the gym workout, I get to chit-chat with them and I guess they appreciate my presence.
